Her background includes corporate wellness, collegiate strength and conditioning, group fitness, and private personal training. Through this experience, she has built a unique and holistic ability to combine science-based programming with a practical understanding of consistency, injury prevention, and nutrition so you can be consistent in and out of the gym.
Rachel created Studio P as a private and premium space to help women feel strong, capable, and empowered at every stage of life. As a new mom, she’s especially passionate about helping women lift weights confidently and build lasting consistency toward the body and life they want. Studio P exists to offer a modern, elevated space for women to learn true strength training without the fuss, grunge, or black walls.
